Fulfillment continued all week.. we've had some hurdles, but we also had a lot of positive feedback from those of you who have already started stretching.  Checkout this community’s pics and videos and share yours @CalfPRO on instagram.

One hurdle was with the two and four pack orders. Some people got one unit first and then their 2-pack was sent out separately! So, you may still have more to come…We are trying to resolve the situation but don’t worry once everybody has been fulfilled we will ensure that everyone has the right amount of units. 

Another hurdle was a problem with bulk uploading the international orders and documents to FedEx. The warehouse does not have an API that can do the job, so we are pivoting to a new solution starting Monday. 

TOV Furniture is focusing most importantly on sending out all CalfPRO® orders first, they then followed with multi unit CalfPRO® orders (which had hiccups) and were then continuing with international, then are finally fulfilling the matching CalfPRO® RxPad and CalfRx Foam Roller last. I am aware that this may not have been the most desired method, but it was the only way we could keep track of such a huge volume of orders after the crowdfunding campaign. I apologize for the delay you will ultimately get your matching CalfPRO® RxPad and CalfRx Foam Roller soon!

As you can see from the early reviews, the quality and functionality of the first production run CalfPRO®s was equal to, or higher than expectations!

It has been a busy week of fulfillment at the TOV Furniture warehouse.

International units are delayed because they required a great deal of paper work. All International shipping will begin next week.

The single units are shipping currently, if you ordered a 2 or 4-pack, units may come some days apart. Please hang in there, everyone will get their order, it is just taking some time to get through the spreadsheets.

I was so excited when this showed up as my plantar fasciitis has been killing me yet I always find reasons not to stretch it out. This unit is SOLID and is absolutely perfect. It puts you in the perfect stretch much better than the prior methods I was using (wall, stairs) and, best of all, I put it in my home office as a visual reminder to GET ON IT. I can already see progress and it's easy to see your progress BETWEEN STRETCHES (i.e. how close you can get to the wall) unlike the other methods.

Reading these comments and messages of your unique experiences with the CalfPRO® is proof that the mission is becoming a reality. I can’t tell you how moving and gratifying it is to know that you now have the tools and “know-how” to take back control of your foot and ankle health!
