Dear Amazing CalfPRO® Backers, ✨

What a week!

The biggest hurdle so far in the fulfillment process has been getting international backers to respond to DHL!

In order for DHL to deliver your CalfPRO® you must pick up the phone and confirm that you will accept the delivery with or without a signature.

I have been responding to emails from DHL officials globally, from Thailand to Germany, requesting alternate phone numbers for backers who are not responding to DHL.

Please, Please respond. If you do not respond and you are unreachable for more than a few days, your CalfPRO® will be returned to sender at my expense or destroyed.

Who new the entire international campaign would come down to this!

FYI* For those of you who ordered a CalfRx Foam Roller, CalfPRO® RxPadand Complete Foot and Ankle Treatment Packages, please hang in there. The CalfPRO® units were sent out first. If you ordered a Complete Foot and Ankle Treatment Package, you also should have received an extra CalfPRO® unit so that it would not need to be sent again with your foam roller and mat.

On a very positive note, those of you who have already received your CalfPRO® units, are sending very complementary messages of gratitude, appreciation and recognition of the journey. It is wonderful to hear (and see on Instagram, @calfpro) that most of you have really understood the CalfPRO® mission and are now taking care of your foot and ankle health at home! ✨ Yay!!

I will continue to select positive comments and post them on the @calfpro Instagram and Facebook.

Please keep them coming and please continue to post about your own positive experiences using your very own CalfPRO® at home on Instagram and facebook.

Dear Amazing International CalfPRO® Backers ✨

Approximately 40% of all international CalfPRO® orders have been shipped.

They will be coming through DHL and USPS.

In some cases I am hearing that import and customs officials are either disregarding the invoices on the packaging or someone has ripped them off. We painstakingly attached special pouches with 3 copies of commercially invoices at a minimal price, to avoid this very problem.

If you feel you have been inappropriately charged VAT or import duties, I have attached a standard invoice for you to provide, so that you can negotiate the appropriate amount of import fees, if at all. You will need to add your name and address.

Please find your invoice attached at the bottom.

If you are contacted via text or email please respond ASAP to avoid delays, or the CalfPRO® being returned to sender!!

Sorry for this further inconvenience, just to put it into perspective you are still saving big, sending a CalfPRO® internationally now would cost you over $US195 + duties on that invoice price.

Thank you for persevering through this final hurdle.. The world’s deepest calf stretch is really close now!

Dear Amazing CalfPRO® Backers ✨

Fulfillment continued all this week.. we've had some serious hurdles…

• We moved fulfillment centers so that we could prepare to ship all international orders.
• This required palletizing all of the CalfPRO® units and moving them on two full-size trailer trucks to the new fulfillment center!
• Units required extra packaging including an additional pouch with invoice documents for customs clearance at the destination country. 

• A huge number of the international addresses were “bad addresses” and needed to be googled and modified to be acceptable addresses for shipping.
• Missing USA multipacks: Painstaking “forensic” work was done on multi pack spreadsheets. These were cross-referenced with the FedEx errors in order to determine who of the multi pack Backers only received one of their units. Those extra units were shipped out Thursday! (Backerkit tracking number added)
• Just an FYI, for those of you who are interested in the nitty gritty of crowdfunding, the flat rate shipping amounts may have seemed high at the time of the campaign, but unfortunately (for me not you) international rates have increased by on average $20 an order, some considerably more. With over 1500 of you located internationally, you can imagine this is quite a shortfall. Not to worry! The CalfPRO® mission is coming to fruition, soon 1500 more of you will be independently maintaining your foot and ankle health and this is a huge success!
• International packaging was completed this week and fulfillment has already begun. Once the fulfillment run is complete all tracking numbers will be uploaded to Backerkit.

We also had a lot of continued positive feedback from those of you who have already started stretching. Checkout this community’s pics and videos and share yours @CalfPRO on instagram.

Some of you, already stretching on your CalfPRO® units are looking for more information. There are some "how to" videos posted in the updates and basic instructions are included on the brochure in the box. If you would like further tips and advice, I would be delighted to post another more advanced "how to" video in the next update. Please send any requests through direct message, or go to @CalfPRO on instagram and comment on an image or video with further questions. Alternatively film yourself stretching on your CalfPRO® and tag @CalfPRO with questions!
